Itamae Chefs Knife
All purpose chef's knife. Designed to perform a variety of kitchen tasks. Use it for slicing, mincing, chopping vegetables and fruits, slicing meat, or disjointing large cuts of meat.
This knife should not be used for cutting through bone or frozen food in order to prevent chipping.
May exhibit little to no rusting with normal usage. Always dry after washing and occasionally oil the blade for maintenance.
