Returns
For faulty items, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and have not been used. However, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
International Customer Returns
For international customers, we are unable to offer free international returns at this time. Therefore, any return shipping costs for international orders will need to be covered by the customer. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and adequately insured for return shipping.
Philippine Customer Returns
For customers within the Philippines, we are pleased to offer free return shipping. If you are located in the Philippines and need to return a faulty item within 30 days of purchase, simply contact us for further assistance.
Initiating a Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt/order number or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at itamaeph@gmail.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please ensure that your returned item meets the criteria outlined in our return policy.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Expiration
Store credit issued for returns does not expire and can be used at any time until the full value has been redeemed.
Additional Terms
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Store credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
- If the value of the item(s) purchased using store credit exceeds the available credit balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
