"THE COOKING SERIES" is a long-awaited knife developed by FDECA in response to customers' desire to enjoy cooking outdoors. The curving from the handle to the blade makes the folding knife portable and easy to use (creates hand clearance like kitchen knife). The blade is made of Yasuki Silver Paper No. 3 Steel, which is sharp and rust-resistant. All the parts are made of stainless steel, so they don't get rusty and easy to disassemble for maintenance. Use as a cooking knife, steak knife or butter knife, it is also useful for your outdoor cooking.
Tightness of the blade can be adjusted by the brass screw in the front. If necessary, the entire knife can be easily disassembled for maintenance.
Includes a plate ratchet driver to be used to maintain knives and adjust the tightness when opening and closing.
