Agila Series Chef’s Knife – 203 mm

The Agila Series 203 mm Chef’s Knife is a masterfully hand-forged tool designed for versatility, balance, and precision. Crafted in the Philippines by skilled artisans, this full-tang knife is built to excel in a variety of kitchen tasks — from mincing herbs and slicing vegetables to carving meats and breaking down large cuts with ease.

Forged from carbon leaf spring steel, the blade delivers outstanding hardness and edge retention, allowing it to endure heavy-duty use while maintaining a razor-sharp edge. Its 203 mm profile provides the perfect balance between control and cutting power, making it an ideal all-purpose knife for both professional chefs and home cooks alike.

The handle, crafted from locally sourced Kamagong (Philippine Ebony), is ergonomically contoured for superior comfort and a secure, non-slip grip. Known for its exceptional density and durability, Kamagong not only enhances the knife’s balance but also adds a touch of natural elegance to its design.

As this blade is made from high-carbon steel, it is not rust-resistant. To preserve its longevity, always dry the knife thoroughly after washing and apply a light coat of oil periodically to prevent corrosion and maintain peak performance.

Each knife comes with a handcrafted wooden saya, providing both protection and refined presentation.
