This Limited Edition Sea Dragon K-Tip Gyuto features a Go Mai stainless + copper clad steel with a T10 High Carbon Steel Core, Damascus pattern, providing exceptional edge retention and easy re-sharpening.
To ensure proper upkeep, it is recommended to promptly wash and fully dry the blade after each use and apply a few drops of Tsubaki/Mineral Oil to prevent rust, corrosion, and discoloration.
