AGILA Series Classic Bunka
Essentially a hybrid of a Nakiri and a Gyuto, this knife has some added features like its "sword tip" for additional versatility. Because of its flat profile, they are most adept at push cutting and chopping rather than rock chopping.
With its wider blade, this knife is suitable for cutting vegetables, while the pointed tip area is particularly useful when cutting fish and meats.
This knife is NOT rust resistant - Always dry knife immediately after use.
