This Limited Edition Fire Dragon Damascus Gyuto features an intricately carved 3D Chinese dragon design on vibrant red resin, making it truly one-of-a-kind. It also includes a custom rosewood saya for safe storage. Equipped with a T10 High Carbon Steel Core which provides exceptional edge retention and easy re-sharpening.
To ensure proper upkeep, it is recommended to promptly wash and fully dry the blade after each use and apply a few drops of Tsubaki/Mineral Oil to prevent rust, corrosion, and discoloration.
