Inspired by Romblon — the marble capital of the Philippines — the Romblō Azul celebrates the cool, deep tones found in the island’s iconic blue-veined marble. This 8" Gyuto knife captures the balance of function and beauty, carrying the spirit of Philippine natural stone into a tool refined for the modern kitchen.

Crafted with a San Mai AUS-10 core, the blade delivers exceptional edge retention, sharpness, and cutting precision. At 2.3mm spine thickness, it offers a confident yet agile feel — powerful enough for controlled slicing, yet balanced for delicate work.

The handle showcases a striking blue-marble aesthetic, patterned with natural, flowing depth reminiscent of Romblon’s ocean-infused stone formations. Crafted with stone powder material, this composition beautifully mimics real marble - both in look and texture - while staying lightweight, durable, and practical for kitchen use. No two handles are alike, giving the Azul its own visual identity. Paired with a cream-colored white ash wood saya, the contrast between blade, handle, and sheath creates a visually compelling piece worthy of display.

The Romblō Azul is more than a knife — it’s a nod to heritage, artistry, and the raw, natural beauty of the Philippines. A reminder that our islands hold wonders that deserve to be celebrated, carried, and shared.

To preserve the blade’s sharpness and finish, wash with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth after every use.
