Inspired by Romblon — the marble capital of the Philippines — the Romblō Alba is an 8" Kiritsuke knife refined for precision, balance, and a white-marble aesthetic that pays tribute to the Philippines’ natural beauty.

At its core is a 3-layer AUS-10 steel blade, sharpened to deliver clean, effortless cuts with every stroke. With a 2.3mm spine thickness, this blade achieves the perfect balance of strength, agility, and everyday versatility.

Its handle embodies the serene elegance of white marble crafted from stone powder material. This composition beautifully mimics real marble without the weight and fragility of real stone — while staying lightweight, strong, and practical for kitchen use. Each pattern is unique, just like carved stone. Paired with a cream colored saya made from white ash wood, the Alba carries a soft, elevated aesthetic that complements its performance.

The Romblō Alba isn’t just a knife — it’s a tribute to precision, craftsmanship, and the timeless beauty of Romblon, Philippines, bringing a piece of our country’s natural heritage into your kitchen.

Care Disclaimer

To preserve the blade’s sharpness and finish, wash with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth after every use.
